Crafty Queen - Madonna ghostwrites Christopher Ciccone's book

The queen of pop should be renamed as the queen of sham. Heartbreaking as it is for her fans, it seems now that the much-hyped book penned by Madonna’s brother Christopher Ciccone that threatened to reveal deep family secrets, is actually ghost-written by the star herself. That reminds one of the Princess Diana - Andrew Merton episode, where Merton was the “official” author of a book that was actually written by the princess. Thus, one can no longer expect to find a brutally exposed Madonna within the pages of the forthcoming book.

But that’s not the sole instance which proves Madonna to be a thoroughly calculative woman. Rumours of how she cleverly manipulated the whole affair with A’Rod are now being confirmed. The star has reportedly bought three sets of A’Rod yankee jerseys just to flaunt them in her live concerts. Some consider this as a desperate attempt to rope in more audience for her tour, that is otherwise a huge flop. Well, as Madge is finding out now to be sure, it doesn’t pay to be too clever. Not always.
