Shia "wasn't at fault" for car crash

Shia LaBeouf was not at fault for his crash early Sunday morning Police have said today. Steve Whitmore the Sheriffs spokesman said the other driver ran a red light and was responsible for the crash not Shia. Steve Whitmore also said that driver will be cited.

Shia's passenger in the car has been identified as his Transformers 2 co-star Isabel Lucas who is dating Entourage star Adrian Grenier. Isabel wasn't seriously injured in the accident.
