Lil E a.k.a Eric JR, the oldest of late rapper Eazy E’s nine children, is following in his father’s footsteps. This 23-year-old compton rapper is making a name for himself while carrying on his father’s legendary name:


 
While his father is a hip-hop legend and icon, Lil Eazy says being the rapper’s son is a double-edged sword. It may get your foot into the door, but there’s a lot of conflict along the way.

“It’s difficult because you got a lot of people who think they should go one angle with it and another angle with it, as far as because who my father is,” Lil Eazy explained. “You can’t leave his backyard alone because we are the introduction to gangsta rap, so it may scare a lot of labels and it may not. It may have scared Virgin, so I’m with a good home now who believe in me and we ready.”(BALLERSTATUS)
