Earlier in the day, it was reported PEOPLE magazine and Hello! Magazine jointly secured the rights to publish photos of Angelina and Brad’s twins, Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon. What wasn’t reported was that they paid $14 million — !!!!!!! — for the rights making it the most expensive celebrity pictures ever sold.

The money - more than double the $6 million People paid for Jennifer Lopez’ twins on a March cover, according to Forbes - will go to a foundation created by Pitt and Jolie that largely focuses on helping children around the world.

You know how people say looks aren’t everything? Well, it’s pretty clear that these people are just trying to make you feel better. Don’t believe the lie!
