After watching Paris Hilton's brand new viral vid parodying the McCain camp's use of her image in their campaign ad, Tucker Bounds, a spokesman for John McCain, had this to say to "The Insider."

 

"It sounds like Paris Hilton supports John McCain's 'all of the above' approach to America's energy crisis -- including both alternatives and drilling. Paris Hilton might not be as big a celebrity as Barack Obama, but she obviously has a better energy plan."

In the parody posted on Funnyordie.com, Paris is seen lounging on a pool chair in a leopard-print bathing suit and gold high heels, and she jokingly outlines her energy policy.

  • Obama had the all of the above plan. It was McCain who wanted to give more freebies to big oil with a lame venture capital contest for an electric car. Plant earth John and Republicans they already have them. It requires a much bolder plan that some lame contest. We need a Manhattan project for alternatives. Many still fail to realize the trouble we are in and the grip of Big Oil around the Republicans neck. OBAMA 2008!!

  • The story on ABC.com says Paris is sitting around outlining her energy plan. The point of the spot is that she's talking and showing pictures about how "really" old McCain is. Why is ABC.com protecting Grandpa McSame? Is this a campaign contribution?

  • It appears that Parish Hilton is more intelligent than I thought, especially when it comes to her description of McSame as "that wrinkly white-haired guy . . ." Paris Hilton also provides a good assessment of what we'd be faced with if McSame were in the White House: "He's the oldest celebrity in the world, like super old. Old enough to remember when dancing was a sin and beer was served in a bucket, . . . "

    Leave it to McSame and Karl Rove to insult two of McSame's supporters by using their daughter in an unflattering campaign ad. This is about as bad as McSame offering to put Sindy in a topless beauty contest, which I'm sure she would lose once people got a gander at what's hidden under those clothes she wears.

    Yes, McSame is just the guy we need for President, NOT!!!

  • WHO CARES!! If there was a candidate for president that got the public truly wishing to vote on we would. This is the worst production of "It's a mad mad world i've ever seen" Get us a candidate with no party lines and someone "We the people" can put their trust in and i'll start voting again. The electoral college votes the president in not me. I nominate Pat Paulson at least we know he was just kidding!...Mark

  • Stupid is as stupid does. Paris is only proving what we know already - she is as dumb as a post (or at least acts it). She doesn't realize the Obama people are using her. Of course, it didn't help Sen. McCain to "step in it" by having the initial ad. Obama took advantage of stupidity - both from Sen. McCain and Paris Hilton. Her dog has a higher IQ than she does! Do me a favor, Paris: GO AWAY!
