Fresh off her win for best TV female reality star at Nickelodeon's "Teen Choice" Awards, Lauren Conrad supposedly gave her lifesize surfboard trophy to a young fan, say the New York Post's Rush & Molloy. The duo says that thirteen-year-old leukemia survivor Pat Pedraja was the beneficiary of L.C.'s generosity -- he'd impressed "The Hills" beauty by winning a "Do Something" award for urging people to sign up as bone-marrow donors.

  • Not "supposedly" but actually. I was there. I'm the CEO fo Do Something. LC was amazing. Pat was not the 100k winner--and LC did a very nice thing to lift his spirits and let him know that SHE thought he was a winner. She offered him the surfboard in a private email to him, not on camera.

  • I knew she would because when she accepted the award she sort of teared up when she mentioned that she went to an event of some sort for that before the awards. I'm impressed because hollywood always seem to catch the bad things and overlook the good. GOOD GIRL L.C.!
