The 'Bleeding Love' singer is due to meet Sir Philip Green, the owner of British high street chain Topshop, about designing her own fashion collection.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Philip and Leona have a dinner booked in later this month.
"He knows she is emerging into one of the world's top pop stars and wants to discuss her doing her own Topshop range."
Leona, who won UK TV talent show 'The X Factor', has conquered the British and American music charts, but is now looking to make her mark on the fashion industry.
The vegetarian singer has previously said she would like to design a range of non-leather shoes and bags that are animal-friendly.
The source added: "Leona a beautiful girl and a huge star but also has a great girl-next-door quality that means her style will appeal to lots of young women. Leona is really excited."
If a deal is agreed then she will follow in the footsteps of British supermodel Kate Moss who also has her own line at Topshop.
