A new tie between Alex Rodriguez and Madonna has emerged. The New York Daily News' Rush & Molloy say that the Yankee all-star has agreed to donate hundreds of thousands of his baseball bucks to the Material Mom's charity, Raising Malawi.
"They've asked him for a million dollars, and I hear he's agreed to give at least $500,000," Rush and Molloy's source claims.
The duo note that the money would go toward providing food, medicine and education for the orphans of Malawi, the African nation where Madonna adopted her little boy, David Banda.
Madge has denied news reports implying that she had a romantic relationship with A-Rod, who is now quietly negotiating a divorce deal with his estranged wife Cynthia in the interest of protecting their children, says the New York Daily News.
