Hayden Panettiere's Dad Released On Bail

Hayden Panettiere's dad, Alan, has been released on $50,000 bail, after being arrested for allegedly punching her mom in the face. The star's father spent about 10 hours in the slammer and was booked on a charge of felony domestic violence.

Hayden's parents got into some sort of spat at a benefit she was hosting Sunday night. People are buzzing that her mom, Lesley Vogel, was chatting up another guy, which incensed Alan. The Heroes star's parents had an argument, which led Poppa P to crack Mama P across the face twice, leaving a mark.

No surprise here -- an officer said there was alcohol involved in the incident.

Bad news.
