When the stars go out, Hollywood.tv is not far behind! Just hours ago, they spotted Miley Cyrus and her good friend Mandy having a girls day out as they headed to the salon. Miley does her best to chat with the paps with wet nails!

Then, mass chaos surrounds Jessica Simpson as she leaves Mr. Chow. The blonde bombshell barely makes it through the crowd of yelling photogs to her waiting car.
