Evisu Spring/Summer 2009 Collection

The Evisu Spring/Summer 2009 Collection was apparently inspired by the first voyage of the Kanrin Maru, a Japanese ship which sailed from Tokyo to San Francisco in 1860. The jeans featured are made from specially developed selvedge denims, including No13 LEFT, a Japanese reproduction of the early denim used by Lee from the 1910s onwards. (Source: Evisu)
