Leto and his band, "30 Seconds to Mars," has been sued by their record label Virgin Records for a whopping $30 million.
The lawsuit was filed Friday in Los Angeles on accusations that Leto and his band failed to deliver three albums required by their contract.
The last album the band did deliver was back in 2005 with their release of "A Beautiful Lie."
That's a TON of money. I don't see how the boys will be able to come up with that dough. They better start giving their fans more and bring in the dough ASAP.
