The saga continues!

Howard K. Stern's appeal on DNA testing was rejected today and he was penalized $10,000, likely for bringing about a frivolous lawsuit.

This was just Howard's latest legal move to stall the legal process that puts him one step closer to possibly losing custody of Dannielynn.
