Jessica Alba’s Secrets To Bounce Back After Baby Revealed

Jessica Alba, who gave birth to baby Honor just two months ago looked absolutely amazing at the ALMA Awards on Aug. 17. Her personal trainer, Ramona Braganza, reveals to People that the actress has been opting for a low-fat, low-carb diet as part of Braganza’s 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone plan and has been doing quite a lot of exercise too - including core exercises, cardio and circuit training with an elliptical machine and a treadmill.

“Jessica went from a size 8 to a size 4 pretty quickly, the baby always comes first, but Jessica definitely set goals for herself,” says Braganza, who now trains Alba six days a week. “Jessica has made amazing progress in a very short time.”

And training with her friend Jamie King visibly also helps,

“She loves working out with a girlfriend.”
