Owner of Other Car in Shia Crash Gets Citation

The owner of a car involved in an accident with Shia LaBeouf has been issued a citation regarding the crash, the Associated Press reports.

 

Simon Herbert, 21, was issued a citation because his car failed to stop at a stop light. The AP is reporting that police are not sure whether Herbert was actually driving the car on July 27 at the time of the accident with LaBeouf.
