Spencer Pratt Gives Props to Jesus
He's as smarmy as they come - there have been comparisons to the devil on this very site, but Spencer Pratt says he is finding faith.

Thanks to girlfriend-fiance Heidi Montag, obvs.

"I’m a work in progress. I’d never been to church until I met Heidi," The Hills villain says. "She got me to go. It was a big step. The walls shook a little bit as I first cruised in, but Jesus and I are making the connection."

Yet another Spencer Pratt quote for the ages right there.

"I’m trying to live a more positive, holy life, but it takes work," the 25-year-old added. "It’s hard not sinning, you know?"

When Mary-Kate Olsen told David Letterman that Spencer had a bad temper, for instance,"my natural Spencer Pratt had to attack," he admits.

So he fired off a statement calling her the "less cute twin."

"Heidi is going, ‘What would Jesus do? What would Jesus do?’" Pratt says. "And I’m like, ‘Jesus gave me these great comebacks.' And she’s like, ‘No, that’s the devil.’

Well, there you have it.

"Now looking back, I apologize," Spencer Pratt said. "You know, I didn’t need to go to the throat on her ... that’s just part of this industry."

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag go to church every Sunday. He says:

"People are very excited to see me there. They’re like, ‘It’s good you’re here,’ and they’re patting me on the back like, ‘Thank you for being here.’"

    i think that if they are just being religious for publicity then that's their issue, but who is everyone else to judge their religion.
    we don't have any idea how they actually are in real life...
