"The Insider" confirms the news that "My Name is Earl" star Jason Lee has welcomed his second child.

The actor's girlfriend, Ceren Alkac, gave birth to a girl on August 10.

The infant joins big brother Pilot Inspektor, 4, Lee's son from a previous relationship.
