Looking fit and feisty, Madonna kicked off her 'Sticky and Sweet' tour Saturday night at the 75,000-capacity Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales. Turning 50 hasn't slowed down the Material Mom one bit, as she strutted her stuff in fine form with an athletic performance featuring a variety of costume changes, set pieces and songs.

Britain's Daily Mail reports the pop superstar arrived onstage in a vintage automobile, dressed in a Givenchy outfit for "Pimp," the first section of the four-part, themed show. "Old School," "Gypsy" and "Rave" rounded out the sections, which incorporated many of Madonna's hits while highlighting different musical, dancing and cultural styles.
