Andy Dick Arrested For Drugs, Groping Chick

After an incident in which he allegedly pulled down a 17-year-old girl's top outside a Buffalo Wild Wings establishment last month, alleged comedian Andy Dick has had a charge of sexual battery dropped by prosecutors.

A rep for the DA handling the case released a statement saying:

"We found that the actions [of Andy Dick] were more in line with an assault than a sexual battery. It didn't appear to be an overt sexual act."

Well, that's ... good? We think?

Andy Dick still faces misdemeanor counts from his drunken tirade in Murrieta, Calif. He will be arraigned next week for battery, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and possession of marijuana.
