Miley Cyrus went out to celebrate her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus‘ birthday yesterday by going out for lunch with the family.Mom, Finley; and siblings, Braison and Noah also joined them as they had lunch at Citywok restaurant. Can you believe that he is 47, he looks great for his age.

  • I like Billy Ray Cyrus but I do wish he'd comb and cut his hair! I hate that stringy, greasy long hair some men - most notably Billy Ray and Keith Urban - have adopted. It's a throw-back to the 1960s - I didn't like it then and time hasn't done anything to change my mind. But more, it's just not attractive. To paraphrase an old commercial: "Cute or not, if he looks dirty, it's OVER."
