We have the first look at the vixens of Wisteria Lane getting their glam on for the shows all new ad campaign to launch season five!

Dressed to thrill, Eva Longoria, Teri Hatcher, Nicollette Sheridan, Marcia Cross, Felicity Huffman and Dana Delany strike come-hither poses in the all-new photo shoot.

This season flashes forward five years in the ladies' lives, but they are still looking fab, except for Gabby (Eva's character) who starts the season a little frazzled -- but not in these photos! "Desperate Housewives" returns to ABC on Sunday September 28.
