Breakup Watch: Michael Bolton and Nicolette Sheridan Done. Again.

Michael and Nicolette have some history. They first dated for five years back in the 90s, but went on to other people and drifted apart. Then, in 2005, Nicolette was on the rebound from a somewhat shady (but super sexy) Australian when she bumped into Michael again, and their spark was rekindled. They quickly announced their engagement and seemed to be wildly happy together.

Two years later and with no marriage date ever set, Michael and Nicolette have called it quits again. It makes you wonder what went wrong. Nicolette looks like a tough woman - was she too high maintenance? Or is Michael the difficult one? Could it be that they just realized it wasn't working? Nah, that wouldn't be much fun now, would it?

Maybe it was like a scene out of Desperate Housewives: Michael, thinking Nicolette is out of town on business, sneaks in with the pool boy, only to find Nicolette with the gardener. Who's also their secret adopted third cousin.
