See More... "The Insider" has confirmed that Hilary Duff's father, Robert Duff, was arrested for contempt of court Wednesday and sent by a judge to a Texas county jail.

A Harris County Police deputy tells us that Duff's bond is at $368,000 and no court date has been set.

The Houston Chronicle says that Duff is being held in contempt of court for allegedly violating an injunction by selling assets without court approval. According to the paper, the injunction was set into place as part of a 2 ½ year divorce case between the starlet's father and mother. Duff was reportedly required to obtain court approval before selling assets.

  • His wife is a monster and as usual the husband is always bashed by the press (since most readers of this junk are female). That poor guy has endured more then any man should have to. Once again we have a wife that wants more and more and thinks she deserves it while telling the husband that he should have nothing. What I've written won't matter since most of your readers are sheep anyway.
