Hilary Duff’s Father Vacations In Jail For 10 Days

Hilary Duff’s parents are in the middle of a two and a half year divorce but her father took the fighting too far. Robert Duff, just got arrested in Texas for selling off his ex wife’s assets without notifying the court. Sneaky but stupid.

Now Robert’s in a Texas jail for ten days and must pay into a court repository $367,537 he earned from selling stocks last month.

According to the paper, the injunction was set into place as part of a 2 ½ year divorce case between the starlet’s father and mother. Duff was reportedly required to obtain court approval before selling assets.

Hilary and her sister leave the courthouse in tears, shielding their faces from the paps.
