Forget his TV posse, this is best "entourage" Adrian Grenier can ever have! The star of the hit HBO show "Entourage" was snapped walking proudly with his grandmother in Queens, NY.

Adrian was in the Big Apple filming an episode for the new season of "Entourage," which airs Sept. 7 at 10 p.m. on HBO.
