A disgruntled former business associate of Beyonce and mama Tina Knowles had his lawsuit dismissed, but he insists he's not going down without a fight.

Greg Walker worked with Beyonce and Tina Knowles to launch her fashion  line, House of Dereon. In exchange for helping Beyonce secure a manufacturer, he was supposed to get a 10 percent commission, but instead got diddly from the $15 million deal. The problem? There was never any official contract. Can you say idiot?

Walker said of the judge's dismissal, "I'll never give up, because I know I'm right." The judge was star-struck and if I was white, I would have been paid."

Grasping at straws, are we?

There's a lesson here, kids. Always get it in writing. Especially when working with a big booty diva.

  • He should have still gotten paid i love beyonce to the fullest but if they said he was to receive a share then its a verbal contract and still legally binding in a court of law
