David Spade's A Dad!

The actor's publicist has confirmed that Dave is, indeed, the father of a baby girl, born last week to Playboy Playmate Jillian Grace.

"David and Jillian have been in close contact throughout her pregnancy and he plans to go see the baby during his first break from shooting Rules of Engagement," his rep told People.com.

Back in January, David said that he would be glad to take on the daddy role -- if there was proof that the kid was his. "I had a brief relationship with Jillian Grace," the comedian told TMZ.com. "If it is true that I am the father of her child, then I will accept responsibility."

Well, there you go! Hope he practiced changing some diapers....
