Spotted: Patrick Swayze Makes Surprise Appearance

Photo Op: A tanned and healthy looking Patrick Swayze was one of the highlights of the night when he made a surprise appearance at Friday's Stand Up to Cancer benefit, which was simulcast on ABC, NBC and CBS.

 

The 'Dirty Dancing' and 'Donnie Darko' star has kept a relatively low profile since being diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer in March. In August, he celebrated his 56th birthday -- happy and healthy after responding well to treatment -- on the set of his A&E series "The Beast."

  • I just read the article where they said the cancer has spread to his liver. My heart and prayers goes out to Patrick and his family. Miracles can happen and I hope that he will get better.
