there's major events happening all over town this weekend...just last night over at the kodak theatre a bunch of celebrities got together to partake in a star-studded telethon to benefit an important organization stand up to cancer that aired on all three networks (i posted about the amazing diva musical performance last night) i was supposed to cover the event but i couldn't afford another vacation day (check-in time for press was too early) but thankfully my good friend tara was on the scene - make sure to check out her post!
last but not least...it's exactly five years ago today when i wrote up my first post here on popbytes (although my early entries are on the weak side) but once i picked up the pace it has been non-stop since then (i haven't missed one single day of posting in probably over 3 years now - thanks to inspiring words from my pal CK who told me i need to write everyday) right now i'm trying to think of some cool anniversary post celebrating five years of blogging...stay tuned! popbytes over & out for tonight - many thanks goes out to everyone who reads my blog and all the people along the way who have been so very kind & helpful to me (you all know who you are) xoxo
