Jerry O’Connell Apologizes For Calling Wife “Huge”

When Jerry O’Connell went on Late Night With Conan O’Brien, he talked about pregnant wife Rebecca Romijn - who is due with twin girls in January - and said something he probably shouldn’t have.

I’ll look at her, and I will go, ‘My goodness….you are huge!’” Jerry laughingly said.

Jerry has released a statement to People magazine, apologizing for his remarks,

“I regret calling my wife ‘huge’ on Conan O’Brien,” O’Connell tells PEOPLE. “I meant to say that there are specific areas of my wife that are larger than normal and growing every day. All other portions of my wife are quite petite. I apologize to her and will be coming home with flowers.”
