SUPERBITCH Naomi Campbell has been given the go ahead to start a family after secret surgery resolved the nasty supermodel's infertility issues.The former beauty, who is dating Russian businessman Vladislav Doronin, has revealed the removal of a cyst earlier this year means she can now have children. The 38 year old model explains she was infertile until she underwent surgery in Brazil. She tells People magazine, "They thought it was a cyst but when they opened it up they realized it was more. I was not able to have children up until March. Now it's in God's hands. I would love to have a family."
