Lindsay Lohan's Mom: Sam's Okay With Me!

Contrary to Michael Lohan's recent statements that he is reportedly wary of Lindsay Lohan's close friendship with Samantha Ronson, Lilo's mom is now speaking out. Dina Lohan says, Sam's okay with her.

Lindsay, Sam and Dina were at the Stand up for a Cure benefit last night in New York and Dina went on the record, telling ET, "I love Lindsay and I love Samantha, if they are happy, I am happy. This is my child, I mean, what better place for a child to be than happy in her soul and her spirit."
