Brenda Walsh Is Leaving 90210 Soon?

Shannen Doherty aka Brenda Walsh on the old and new Beverly Hills 90210 is reportedly leaving after doing only four shows. Apparently, she only signed on to do four episodes and reportedly even turned down offers to extend her contract. Her little role on the show is pretty lame anyway so I don’t think she’ll be missed.

However, Jennie Garth has agreed to stay on for another five shows. They have to try to extend the whole drama thing with Dylan McKay’s kid, right? I’m sure if Luke Perry returns, some old fans of the show will tune in out of curiosity but his part will probably still remain as boring as his was before.

It’s not too surprising that various entertainment news reported that the spin-off TV show dropped 30% in viewers this week compared with last week because the premiere was really long and lame.
