Daniel Dae Kim, who plays Jin on "Lost," has pleaded no contest to DUI charges stemming from his arrest last October.

The Associated Press says he's been ordered to pay a $500 fine.

"You need to understand that 0.168 is more that double the legal limit. It means you were seriously impaired," a judge told Kim in court Thursday, says the AP. "And it just cannot happen again. It's simply too dangerous."

"Believe me, sir, I do [understand]," Kim replied.

The actor was arrested last October for allegedly driving erratically. He was booked at the Honolulu Police station and released shortly after posting bail. His license was revoked for six months, says the AP, adding that he underwent "a drug-and-alcohol assessment," was ordered to pay $212 in court fees and perform 72 hours of community service.

Kim is the third "Lost" star to be arrested for suspicion of DUI. Former cast-mates Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros were also arrested for DUI during their time on the show.
