My, oh Miley! Teen sensation Miley Cyrus was snapped out-and-about with hunky former "Nashville Star" contestant Justin Gaston.

 

The two set off shutterbugs when they went to church together Sunday in Pasadena, Ca. After church services, 15-year-old Miley and 19-year-old Justin had lunch, but they weren’t alone.

Also in tow at lunch, were Miley’s mom, sister and famous dad, Billy Ray Cyrus -- who is never too far to keep an eye on his baby girl!

  • what a its like a kindergarten girl dating a 5th grader i mean its only ok when married but when not i find that extremely grose. Grose as in like the movie on lifetime movie network calle " Stalker Back" a 24 year old likes a high school freshman and starts stalking her.

  • I really want her to be happy and find someone who really cares for her.I wanted it to be Nick but at least for right now they're apart. And it's only because she's so mature for her age and so incredibly beautiful that people automatically assume she's having sex with Justin and she may not be anyway but if her aprents don't have a problem with them hanging out we shouldn't either.

  • You and everyone else who says it's illegal to date is a stupid ass. If they are in California then the age of consent is 18. There is no close in age exemption. Dating is completely legal without the sexual part.
