Sir Paul McCartney is really happy with new girlfriend Nancy Shevell. After all the sh*t he went through with the lying gold-digger Heather Mills, who can blame him for wanting some joy in his life. According to Contact Music, Paul even brought Nancy to a charity event in London on Tuesday, September 16, 2008. He said:

“We had a brilliant time in the U.S. We stayed mainly in hotels but did the whole Route 66 gig. It was great and we’re so happy.”

Good for Paul and Nancy! Glad he’s enjoying himself again!
