Heather Mills sues her former publicist for half a million dollars

Heather Mills is suing mad. A truly shocking allegation indeed. She’s suing her former publicist Michele Elyzabeth for “breach of confidence and falsehood” that newspapers printed about her. Yes apparently the papers’ saying that Heather was a horrible person and generally sucks as a human being was not Heather’s fault for being said crappy person, nor was it the papers’ fault for printing it. It’s Elyzabeth’s, for saying Heather was “obsessed with money and fame.” Because no one thought that before she said it, right? So Mills is going to make it all right by trying to get half a million dollars out of the woman.

Heather Mills is suing her former publicist Michele Elyzabeth for more than £250,000 for breach of confidence and falsehood over newspaper allegations about the former model’s failed marriage to Sir Paul McCartney, the Daily Mail can reveal. Miss Mills, 40, mother to the ex-Beatle’s four-year-old daughter Beatrice launched the High Court Action against her former employee following Michele Elyzabeth’s claims that Heather Mills was obsessed with money and fame.

She branded Miss Mills as ‘having no heart’ and accused her of trying to smear her ex-husband during their acrimonious divorce earlier this year. Michele Elyzabeth, 58, worked for Heather Mills for four years until earlier this year, when the pair fell out. Miss Mills claims she sacked Michele Elyzabeth, after losing trust in her judgement, while her employee claims she resigned because Miss Mill was impossible to work for.

The claim for breach of confidence against Ms Elzabeth, who lives in the US, was issued the day after the first installment of her account of of working for Miss Mills was serialised in the News of the World. The case is being handled by renowned barrister Jonathan Crystal and is expected to be heard within the next eight weeks.

Now I will admit that it’s probably never your smartest move to talk crap about Heather Mills. Whoops. But I have nothing she can sue me for. However Michele Elyzabeth dished about her to News of the World because Mills still hasn’t paid the $300,000 she owes her for work. I’m assuming Heather actually thinks she can get some cash out of her former publicist, or somehow negate her bill. Although considering her fundamentally self-righteous nature, maybe she’s just doing it to prove a point. The point being? She’s Heather Mills and she’s damn better than you, and don’t you forget it!

Seriously, the woman seems to honestly believe that she can behave like a total bitch, but if anyone calls her out on it the problem is always them, not her. Hopefully the case will get thrown out and Heather will be forced to pay all of Elyzabeth’s court costs. I mean wasn’t working with Heather Mills for a record FOUR years punishment enough?
