Alan was taken into custody at around 3:00 a.m. on August 11 in West Hollywood, according to a police booking report. Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore told "The Insider" at the time that the victim was allegedly struck three times with an open hand. The 49-year-old is scheduled to be arraigned in October in Beverly Hills and could face up to a year in county jail if convicted.
Alan and Leslie were photographed walking their dogs together in Los Angeles only hours after Alan was released from jail following his August arrest.
