"The Insider" confirms the news that Shia LaBeouf will not face charges related to a recent West Hollywood car accident that left him with an injured hand. The Los Angeles District Attorney's office tells "The Insider" they are not filing charges because of insufficient evidence.

LaBeouf was involved in a car accident on July 27, when his pickup truck collided with another vehicle. The actor underwent hand surgery after being injured in the crash, and his injury was written into the script of his upcoming movie, 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen,' which is currently filming.

  • I read his blood alcohol level was barely over the limit. Also, the accident wasn't his fault. His hand injury has to be very painful that will teach him lesson.
