This self-made billionaire recently purchased the Penthouse empire -- and female colleagues call him a visionary who's re-invented the once-raunchy magazine with a softer, more modern look.
Marc is also CEO of friendfinder networks, the world's largest social networking and multimedia entertainment company.
His goal is to lose the XXX label and make Penthouse less hardcore.
