Heather Locklear joins Hollywood’s DUI club
Everyone else is doing it, so why not Heather Locklear? After basking in irrelevance – and ironically rehab – for the past little while, Heather finds herself back in the news. She was arrested on suspicion on driving under the influence last night in California.

A witness called 911 after watching Locklear “back over a pair of sunglasses several times” and “revving her engine loudly.” The witness was “concerned for her safety.”

She wasn’t “drunk” per say, just blitzed off her tree on pills. “Alcohol was ruled out as a factor, but based on the officer’s observations, we believe Locklear was under the influence of prescription medication.” said a spokesmen for the state patrol.

Heather was recently discharged from a rehab facility in Arizona.

So… she should probably ask for her money back.
