Ex Employees Sue Neiman Marcus For Videotaping Sex Romps

Steven Chalem and Victoria Miranda, former employees of a Neiman Marcus department store in Northbrook, Illinois, filed a lawsuit against the company on October 1, 2008, alleging that they were videotaped having sex. Chalem and Miranda allege that their superior installed hidden cameras and secretly videotaped them and other employees. The two were fired in October 2007 for “engaging in sexual activity with each other in the loss prevention office.
