We recieve nice emails all of the time from our readers, publicist, musical artist, models, business persons and others. We rarely share any of the writings by posting them on the site because most of the time it’s not really anything that you would enjoy reading. But this particular email got our attention so we decided to post it so you would be able to read also. This email comes from a gentlemen who says he is an avid reader of M.O.. He had some interesting things to say about some of the topics and people we post about. Just check it out for yourself

The email:

“Hi Mediaoutrage,

I just want to say that I read your site just about every day. I live in NY and depend on you to provide my daily dose of celebrity entertainment. You guys or gals do a great job at mixing up the news you deliver by being versatile. I am especially glad that you have taken so much time to cover the political race as the voter registration deadline creeps on us.

That brings me to some of my displeasure with your staff of writers. While I am so glad that you have placed politics in the forefront of your news, I am deeply saddened that you have also chosen your site to brainwash thousands of readers into thinking that Sen. Barack Obama walks on water. I like Sen. Obama but you have painted a false pristine image of the man which is unfair, and harmful for the young voters that read your site everyday as I do. The difference is, that I happen to be 37, and am very familiar with the political process, and that both candidates will say or do just about anything to get in office. I am not aware of what your daily traffic is like, but do realize that Mediaoutrage is becoming pretty popular on the net. My race is not important but I was introduced to your site by a female friend of mine who is very reserved and happens to be a die hard Republican. I just want you guys to paint a more realistic picture of both candidates that’s all. I won’t disclose who I’m voting for as that is private but will say that Sen. Obama is a great candidate.

Mediaoutrage- We have to respond to this. Ok where do we begin? To that reader who’s name will remain anonymous: We have endorsed Sen. Barack Obama here at Mediaoutrage. We have not painted Sen. Obama out to be something that he is not. We have simply provided the facts of the campaign. Once again what we do is for humor and entertainment. We know our readers are extremely intelligent as they prove everyday by leaving some of the insightful comments that they do. So with that said we know that no matter what we post they have minds of their own and will do what they want. We just want EVERYONE to get out and vote. And to that reader if you go back and check our postings we have said that we support Obama but do believe in trying to persuade others. But thanks for the email. Most of all thanks for checking us out every day! Appreciate it!
