It's Tom Cruise to the Rescue!
Like a true gentleman, Tom Cruise came to rescue of a tripped-up photog, who took a hard fall in New York City over the weekend.

It all happened while Tom and wife Katie Holmes were walking to dinner together hand-in-hand. The couple was snapped moments earlier gazing into each other's eyes.

After the fall, Tom graciously helped the shutterbug get back on his feet and picked up the fallen man's keys, while a concerned Katie watched all the commotion.

The couple is in New York City for Katie’s Broadway debut in “All My Sons,” which opens officially on Oct. 16 at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre.

  • Tom has been cool from the beginning. I like Katie as well, she hasn't done much to make the public no like her. I hope everything goes well with them.

  • THAT'S TOM!!!! No matter who dishes him out...he's still going to do a good turn...random acts of kindness....that's why I am a fan...don't care about his being a scientologist....he does more good than the other religious fanatics...they should...
