Video: Miley Cyrus' Sweet 16 Celebration!

Miley Cyrus celebrated with the stars at her sweet 16 birthday party! "The Insider"'s Cojo was in on the action as celebrities partied with Miley by participating in the Stars in Cars parade at none other than Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

 

The "Hannah Montana" star invited 5,000 fans to join her at the theme park and even found time to sing a few tunes!

Miley's party, called Share the Celebration, is also serving to raise awareness for the Youth Service America organization that helps drive consciousness toward the need for youth volunteerism.
