While vacationing in Hawaii, Eddie Van Halen reportedly dropped to one knee in a private room at Tiffany’s to ask his girlfriend/publicist Janie Liszewski, 38, to marry him

The couple plan to wed next June.

Eddie Van Halen seems to be making a remarkable recovery after battling cancer and following his divorce from Jenny Craig’s latest dieting sweetheart, Valarie Bertinelli with whom they share one son, 17-year-old Wolfgang.
