Paris Hilton launched her latest presidential video today on www.funnyordie.com, this time, asking advice from a former American "president," (or at least someone who played one on TV), Martin Sheen!

"Nowadays, soundbites, not sound policy, determine our country’s course. I plan to bring a fake balanced approach to these real problems," Hilton promises in the video.

“Being a fake president is a lot harder today than it was when I was a fake president," Sheen tells the heiress. "My fake administration started before the country took some hits. It was the ‘go go ‘90s’ when people invested in a Web site that sold dog food because a puppet told them to do it."

“America was at its best when it was on NBC,” Paris tells Sheen, referring to his NBC hit drama, “The West Wing," in which he played the president of the United States.

“Wait till it’s on MTV,” Sheen replied, referring to Paris’ upcoming show, ‘Paris Hilton's My New BFF,” which airs on the music channel.

At the end of the video, Charlie Sheen even makes a cameo, acting as if he’s at Paris’ house for a rowdy party, asking, “Dad, what are you doing here?”

Paris first made a funnyordie.com video after the Republican presidential candidate John McCain's campaign used an image of her without her permission in an ad criticizing his opponent Barack Obama.
