In documents Lindsays lawyer said the video deposition would "unduly embarrass, oppress and burden" Lindsay. Her lawyer also state that it's a "virtual certainty" that the video transcript "will be illegally exploited by the media."
Lindsay is giving testimony in a case filed by her girlfriend Sam Ronson who is suing her former lawyers. Sam claims they failed to represent her adequately in a lawsuit against Perez Hilton which resulted in her loosing the case.
