See More... Miley Cyrus rocked the house at BBC’s Switch Live event in London, performing to a massive crowd of underage fans.

Wearing a gold coat and white hat, the teen queen brought her typical, fierce energy to the stage for her UK fans -- who also got to see performances by rock band Fall Out Boy and singer Ne-Yo.
