Angelina Jolie Buys Maddox Knives!

Angelina Jolie has admitted to W magazine that she is supporting 7-year-old son Maddox's interest in sharp objects. "My mom took me to buy my first daggers when I was 11 or 12," the actress said. "And I've already bought Maddox some."

Um, ooookaaay.

Angelina, who has been open about being obsessed with knives since she was teen (she even admitted to partaking in self-mutilation for a while) obviously feels like safety isn't an issue when it come to having the blades around Mad or the other five kids in the house. A train of thought which is quite curious to someone like me, who grew up in a house where there was the constant yelling of "Somebody's going to get hurt!" -- even when my brother and I were just playing Monopoly.
